Returns and Refunds Policy

If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly process a return or exchange.
In the case of returns due to customer reasons (wrong size, different from what you expected, etc.), we will only accept unused items. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Custom-made products (engraved, sized, etc.) are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed according to the payment method once the product has arrived at our store and been inspected.
